Fitness center launches evening classes (Newport News-Times)
In a continuing effort to meet the needs of members, Me Fitness Center is expanding the evening class schedule to include Hot Yoga and Mat Pilates. Starting in November, the two classes will alternate (not including Thanksgiving and Christmas), sharing the Thursday, 5:30 p.m. slot.
